Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for our standard website package.

Support

We will provide unlimited support by phone or email for any technical problems with your site. You will be given a mobile phone number to use in case of urgent problems.

In the event of technical problems with hosting, we will liaise with our hosting supplier Othello to ensure the problem is fixed as quickly as possible.

Updates

With our easy-to-use control panel system you can update many areas of your website by yourself.

We will also be happy to update the content of your site for you as required. This can involve editing text, manipulating pictures, adding new pages, design work, or any other changes you may require.

A maximum of 4 hours of update work is included in this package per year. Further update work will be billed per hour.

This does not include solving technical problems, which will be provided free and is not included in this limit.

Payment

This package will normally be invoiced yearly, in advance. Monthly payment options can also be arranged. Payment of each invoice is due within 30 days of issue. We can take payment by cheque or direct bank transfer.

Hosting

Your site will be hosted with Othello Hosting (www.othellohosts.net).

You will be allocated 2000Mb per month bandwidth (download limit) and 150Mb disk space. Most personal or small business sites will come nowhere near these limits. If this becomes a problem we will contact you to discuss options for upgrading.

You must comply fully with the Othello terms and conditions of use.

Email

We will set up any email addresses you require with the ending @your-website-address.com. These can simply forward email into your regular email account.

Spam

You must not use any of our services to send spam (unsolicited bulk commercial email). We reserve the right to take whatever steps we believe necessary to prevent your site being exploited by others trying to send spam.

Please note that you must comply with the Othello spam policy.

Adult or Obscene Content

You may not use our services to host adult or obscene content. Please contact us first if you are in any doubt about content you wish to put on your website.

Legal Stuff

We reserve the right to terminate our services to you instantly if you break these terms and conditions or are found to have been using the services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Every effort will be made to inform customers before any changes come into effect.
