How to set up Outlook Express 6

  1. Choose 'accounts' from the 'tools' menu. Click 'add', then click 'mail'.
  2. Enter your name. Click 'next'.
  3. Enter your email address. Click 'next'.
  4. Enter 'mail.your_domain_here' in both boxes (e.g. mail.lomondweb.net or mail.sausagesforsixpence.co.uk). Click 'next'.
  5. Enter your email address for the username. enter your password. Click 'next'.
  6. Click 'finish'.
  7. Click on your new account in the list.
  8. Click 'properties' button, then select the 'servers' tab.
  9. Tick 'my server requires authentication' at bottom of page. Click 'ok'.
  10. Click 'close'.
